1. Who is responsible for your information

MikeFX34, 4 Happy View Road, 12 Ocean Air, Margate, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, is the responsible party for personal information collected through CandleJuice. Contact our Information Officer at support@fxcandlejuice.com. We process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and your Space Markets account number, account type and currency.
• Sign-up records: when you accepted our terms, whether you opted in to updates, and the internet address used to sign up.
• From CandleJuice Desk: which computer your Desk runs on, the Desk version, and the account and trading-activity information the Desk needs to check your access and run the tools you use.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Your MetaTrader password stays on your own computer. We never store it on our servers.

3. Why we use it

• To confirm your Space Markets account and approve your access.
• To install, run and support CandleJuice Desk.
• To send service emails, such as sign-up codes and approval messages.
• To send product updates, only if you opted in. Every update email lets you unsubscribe.
• To keep CandleJuice secure and prevent misuse.

4. Who we share it with

• Space Markets, to confirm your account is linked to us.
• Our service providers: website hosting (Namecheap) and email delivery (Postmark, in the United States). They process information only to provide their service to us.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information. Some providers store information outside South Africa; we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your CandleJuice account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires or as we need it to resolve disputes. When you ask us to close your account, we delete or anonymise what we no longer need.

6. Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, restricted admin access and passwords stored only as secure hashes.

7. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent to updates by emailing support@fxcandlejuice.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

8. Cookies

The website uses one session cookie to keep your sign-up secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Age

CandleJuice is for people aged 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
